By placing your order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below.
Our products has been carefully selected and we try our best to offer you items in excellent condition.
But since it is vintage you can not expect your purchase to be as new. We therefore advise you to have this in mind, when you’re shopping at www.chamoi.dk. If an item has visible flaws (but a flaw that we don’t consider being detrimental to the quality) we will always write it in the product description. We also provide every style with descriptions, material (when we are sure about it), size and measurements (please be aware that we write the measurements that we find essential for the given style & all measurements are taken with the item laid flat and are stated in approximate cm.). We are not responsible for any items that do not fit you correctly upon delivery which is why we provide measurements.
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
Chamoi accepts payment by credit cards. We do not accept money orders or personal cheques.
All prices are in Danish Crown (DKK). The price of each product is excluding shipping costs but inclusive of the Danish rate of VAT (25%) and all import taxes within the EU. Goods ordered outside the EU may incur import taxes by the respective countries.
At chamoi.dk we will send the orders within 3 business days.
Chamoi cannot guarantee that all the products shown are available at the time you place your order. In the event the product you order is no longer available you will be contacted by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
Due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures can differ from their actual colors. Chamoi cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
SHIPPING AND COLLECTING PACKAGES WITHIN DENMARK
Orders within Denmark will be shipped with Postnord or DAO. Depending on the size of the package you will receive it to your mailbox or you will be asked to pick it up at your local post office.
SHIPPING AND COLLECTING PACKAGES OUTSIDE DENMARK
Besides Denmark, we also ship to Norway and Sweden, hopefully we will be able to ship worldwide one day. Orders shipped outside Denmark will be shipped with Coolrunner.dk. Depending on the size of the package you will receive it to your mailbox or you will be asked to pick it up at your local post office.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. Send an email to email@example.com with your order number, style, and size, and the reason for your return. The item must be returned unused and in the same condition as it was upon receival, and if not, the right of withdrawal is annulled.
Once returned the item will undergo a quality control check to ensure it has not been worn or used. When we accept the return, a refund or exchange will be issued.
Chamoi does not refund costs for shipment in case of return.
No international returns, unless buyer pays for full return shipping cost under the same guidelines as domestic purchases.
STORE RETURN POLICY
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect. You can make an appointment with us and return the item at Jagtvej 74, København or send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will return the money to your account.
Goods marked as sale products can not be returned.

We only register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you. If personal information is collected via chamoi.dk, we ensure that it is always done by giving your consent by agreeing on the terms and conditions. The information is not passed on to third parties. According to the GDPR you always have the right to know what information is registered about you and entitled to get this deleted.
